Very, very easy and tasty! I replaced my other creamed corn recipe with this one!
- 2 lb. frozen corn
- 1 1/2 sticks butter
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 2 T. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt Himalayan sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- Combine all ingredients in crock pot.
- Cook on low for 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
